I Am Somebody

I Am Somebody

I May Be Poor

But I Am Somebody

I May Be Small

But I Am Somebody

I May Make a Mistake

But I am Somebody

My Clothes Are Different

My Face is Different

My Hair is Different

But I Am Somebody

I AM Black, Brown, White

I Speak a Different Language

But I Must Be Respected and Protected

Never Rejected

I Am a Child I Am Somebody

The Measure of a Man

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenges and controversies."

-Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

"A People without the knowledge of their past history, origin and culture is like a tree without roots”

 - Marcus Garvey

We may not always be together but when united, "WE ARE AWESOME!"
